OK - purchased this coin in the OP just before New Years from a VCoins dealer in Belgium(according to his bio etc). It finally got here BUT WITH A RETURN ADDRESS IN BULGARIA! This has flipped me out a little. I am rechecking the fakes forum etc. which I think I did before the purchase but I know this might be a highly faked type. @Deacon Ray this is our cousins same die coin. Not sure what to think? Any thoughts from my friends here at CT. Does this happen often?

The OP looked legit to me, but that Bulgaria return address is a bit scary. I just went through the forgery network and didn't see this type for Domna listed. I got a fake Domna from eBay a while back - I thought they did a good job on this one, but it weighed 4 grams (and examples are on the Forgery Network as well):

As for that die match with Deacon Ray's, I just don't know. The Calgary Coins site (a very nice guide for fakes) includes a category "too many from the same dies"

Dear Mike—I read your post several times. Your concern is mine also, Sir! I apologize for being away from the Forum so long. The Julia Domna Denarius in my collection was purchased from one of my most trusted dealers—Joe Sermanini of FORVM Ancient Coins.

I've sent mine to Mr. David Vagi for a second opinion.

Alright, that will be interesting to see what Mr.Vagi says. @Marsyas Mike thanks for your take on it. i did see a couple of this type on the Forum Fakes site, I need to look a little closer at those. I guess I need to contact the VCoins seller- Marcantica- and let him know of my concern. Why does he use a different address for mailing than his address on VCoins? I paid about $100. after shipping etc. so that is in a price range where counterfeiting is profitable enough. Maybe an email to Joe Sermanini would help throw some light on the issue?

not much of a match between the fake and the OP anyway on this one. The portrait on the OP coin in question is still one of the best styles of her many renditions that I have seen so if it is a fake they did a pretty fine job for thieves.
