I agree with you, 62 or 63. Why? I counted 7 thing on the Obverse and 2 things on the reverse that would down grade the coin. The big problem is no mirror like finish. That's a big hit. The face on the obverse shouldn't have any scratches...another hit. The lettering on the obverse shouldn't have any marks...that's another hit. Shouldn't be any scratches on the flat surfaces areas...that's another hit. Some scratches yes...not dings!
