1946 nickel

Can anyone tell me what I have and is there any value

You have a very, very small image of the reverse side of a nickel.

Try cropping out all of the unnecessary background and resize it before you use the "Full Image" to post it. The "Thumbnail" sucks! You might want to add a photo of the obverse while you're at it. Someone is bound to ask for it.
