start by sorting them and filling rolls of each date and mint mark. Thats a task all in its own and then you can go back and search for specifics later. If your searching for double dies, then you can just grab every coin you have from that year and that mint.
I agree with this! but why handle all those coins twice? Go through all the coins one at a time and as you look of key dates and errors then place them in rolls by dates, use a price guide for key dates and coppercoin.com for die variety but the most important thing is take your time.
