Can someone please help

    I believe this is a Canadian nickel struck over something. If you zoom way in between the queen and right edge there is something there also below and left. I posted in coin talk and don't know if that's the right spot.

    Also it is same color as US nickel I altered the contrast and exposure to try and make out images

    It looks like the die clashed with the reverse. What you see is the beaver dam from the opposite side that was left as a clash mark on this obverse die.

    At least that is what I see from these pics

    DDK...can you show the other side. Very cool coin. I'd like to see the dam on the reverse....

    From your current images, all I see is a heavily circulated coin.

    There is reverse

    89D428A0-A7E0-473E-A2E3-9553330FBE36.jpeg In this general area I see what might be a clash from the reverse die. It looks like one of the Maple Leaves to me, but the coin is so banged up that it has 0 value beyond anything except as a teaching coin.
