GSA hard case issues

    Can GSA hard case coins have PVC damage? How about graded as UNC details - cleaned?

    We'll need to see pictures and does the GSA case have "uncirculated" on the insert?

    Don't see how they could. They went from canvas bags to polystyrene plastic holders. No PVC around.

    This might be possible. One of the GSA "graders" might have tried to rub something off the coin leaving hairlines.
