I like this coin at a solid 63. I wouldn't be surprised if the label said 64, but there are some scratches on the reverse that bring it down to 63 in my opinion. This is also not a FBL coin. I'll bet that the PCGS label says it is FBL, but they only judge based on the bottom set of lines. To be a true FBL, both sets of lines need to be complete and full - and there are some marks interrupting the top set of lines. In summary: PCGS grade: 64 FBL physics-fan3.14 grade: 63
