My impression with the CAPS albums is that the pages are customizable, so you should be able to get whatever page you want. That said, it is foolish to get a page labeled into the future, since mint is not predictable in what kinds of things they'll churn out that you might want in your album.
The CAPS Album #2138 for Kennedy Halves has been updated to include the 2018-S Reverse Proof and the 2019-S Enhanced Reverse Proof.
Yeah, who would have thought that the US Mint would put five West Point quarters in circulation this year? Or make a business strike "W" cent? I feel sorry for those collectors who can't fit them into their Whitman or Dansco albums. At least with CAPS albums you can have a page custom made for $5.
