That's a right powerful scope you got there. I see some MD on the date and a lot of red arrows and yellow lines littering the field making it tough to see what it is we're looking for. Rule of thumb... if you gotta magnify it that much to see something, it's probably not what you think.
Most would probably call it machine but the facts are it is made from the same DIE I didn't magnified to see it I magnified it to verify it
You make sounds like you're just starting out so let me give you some expert advice: study more, draw arrows less.

You're looking too hard at these. Try to see if you can find a YouTube video on the minting of cents, see for yourself how fast and violently these are minted. They hardly ever come out perfect at high-magnification. Just the slightest slip of the planchet or hop of the die, this is what you get, "strike" or "machine doubling."
