1951 dime

Has a die chip on his nose. The reverse has a die chip on the left leaf. And die crack coming from the torch the the I in dime.

And.. It's a Silver Dime!

 

I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but errors like this are so minor that they aren't worth saving except for the silver content.....07234 oz.

It is finds like this that make the hobby fun to me. They aren't worth much, but are fun to fine and save.

I just love thinking of a die hitting these so often and hard it starts cracking

 

I have found coins similar to this. I found a nickel recently that was believed to be a die chip of about 20% of the surface. Close examination finds that a grinder made that appearance. Always someone playing with the coins.
