1919 D had a relatively low mintage, but your coin looks to have corrosion and scratches. It's cool to have a cent that old, but I don't believe it's worth more than 1 cent. The Jefferson has a ton of wear. Unless it has some sentimental value, it's really only worth 5 cents.
