1960 d penny could it be d over d ?

this is a like new penny I looked at several just like it and they looked nothing like this one . any chance its a d over d or just wishful thinking thanks

1960 D has so many known RPM's it's a little bit hard to say..

 

I saw that when I looked it up .made it even harder to figure out . thank you for your time and response

 

Its a small date if that helps!!! It could be an rpm but it's so minor and there are so many.

this coin is supposed to be unc it really looks pretty nice hope it turns out to be an rpm . that would be kinda neat finding one while searching .thank you for your help it does help knowing its a small date .
