Found a 1$ with all unique digits. Its the first time I've noticed it. It has 12345679 (not in that order) the # is 29561734 so its really nothing special, but I like the fact that it doesnt have a repeating number
Lol, neat note. What does cool numbers say about it? Should put it on ebay, 99 cent, no reserve! Worst you could do is lose a cent. Neat note man. :thumb: Phoenix
True, doi, I don't know where my head was. Sorry about that man! Ignore everything I say from now on. Just joking. Phoenix
From now on? Ive never listened to you... lol jk I just wish this SN was in order... that'd be awesome!
Hey Magman..the only way a SN# will be in order is if the note is a "Specimen" from the BEP! XX123456789X those notes are big bucks like 3-5K depending on the denomination... RickieB
That has 9 digits.... but this one doesnt have the 8. So wouldnt it be a real one? (a possible real one)
Okay, after the discussion the other day on how often radars happen, I want to know just how unusual this thing is. Let's see...out of 100,000,000 serial numbers that are theoretically possible, the number of serials with no repeated digits would be 10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3, which works out to 1,814,400. In other words, 1.8% of all dollar bills have serial numbers with all different digits, or about 1 bill in every 55. By comparison, radar serials (which occur once in 10,000 bills) are almost 200 times scarcer. Oops...that didn't turn out to be as exciting as I thought. Math's a bummer sometimes, eh?
Rickie, that is nice Numbers, yeah, it is definitly more common than a radar, but this is the first time I noticed something like that - so I thought it was worth mentioning.
I wish it were Snaz...that note retails between 4-5K dollars. I have a few notes on my radar screen (large size) that I would spend the money on first! Check out the latest $2 Battleship I just bought a few days ago...there will be no more note purchases for a while..LOL RickieB
Thanks Snaz... Appreciate you taking the time to take a peek... It is always a heads up search to find the notes I am looking for..wish I could afford them all.. RickieB
