Any chance we can take this thread back in the direction of talking about Kurt's broadcast? Rather than stuff that's optimized to draw down the wrath of the mods?

If a recording of it is made available, I'll happily volunteer to spend at least an hour or two transcribing a share of it. For that matter, I wonder how much of a head start modern speech recognition would give us?

Yeah, I'm really sad to hear it, but I didn't see any other way it could unfold. Threatening your hosts with a lawsuit (or issuing a DMCA takedown notice) just isn't going to make you a welcome guest. And we are guests, all of us.

Kurt's a smart guy, sometimes quite funny, and his numismatic gravitas was a welcomed antidote to the constant onslaught of "Is this an error?" threads. But honestly, who among us couldn't anticipate something like this coming down the pike?

 

One of the greatest moments in the history of sports.

 

Tough to compete with this though
