Does anyone know if the mint refunds the return postage on an item? If so, can you tell me the procedure? I can't find anything on the website about how to go about it. I remember reading about it here or somewhere else that they do refund the postage, but you had to jump through several hoops to get it done. Any help would be appreciated.
i had to call them and talk to a rep for them to do that. not sure if it was for my circumstance or if they do it routinely....
refund... my understanding is they do but bring that to their attention when sending the coins back. steve
