    Hey Ya'll!!!

A good friend of mine has this coin and I don't know much more then the fact that it is a Mexican coin.

Would you please identify for me the face value (US), and the material it is made of.

I know the pic is not great. It is a $100 Estados Unidos Mexicanos, 1984.

Thanks in advance for the help!!!

    KM#493, aluminum-bronze, mintage 227,809,000, 1st year of the design.

Face value is actually 10 centavos (US .924¢) due to the 1 for 1,000 devaluation of 1992. Condition is tough to guess from that picture, but it's catalog value is well under $1.
