I really hope Kurt will be back, but his second-to-last post gives me a bad feeling. It's not the sort of thing that would incline a forum owner toward charity.

 

Enjoyed listening this morning and hope Kurt is able to come back here as well.

Does anyone know if the show is available for downloading or streaming?

 

If he did get banned it might have been from that one thread where the guy was trolling Kurt with two accounts. Also looks like Kurt used some words earlier in this thread that got edited. That might have pushed him to getting banned if I understand the points system properly.

 

Banned for good seems excessive unless I missed something. But I've seen and read just about everything that got members a "time out."

 

So in case anyone missed it, the show was great, Kurt gave a shout out to his CoinTalk friends, and I called in to ask a quick opinion on undiscovered Morgan Dollar Hoards.

 

It was a good show. Hope he gets to do another one.

It's hard for me to put myself in the shoes of someone funding and running a forum, but it seems like once a member made a creditable threat to sue you, it would be really hard to keep on cordially hosting that member.

I'll be very unhappy if Kurt doesn't come back, but I'm not sure how one would go about cleaning off the fan blades at this point.

I actually liked Kurt. He got a little too riled up at times, but I understand -- a few would purposefully start pushing his buttons and with Kurt's personality you knew to hunker down.

Unfortunately, I think it got the better of him this time. DMCA notices aren't a joke and probably should have talked with the mods first (assuming he didn't and that they would have done something).
