I recieved this note in change today. Bad news someone wrote on it. Bummer! I'll hang on to it just the same.

nice star! most non collectors dont even know what a star is! they get notes all day long, but never LOOK at them! It is a bummer about the wroting, but it happens!

nothing really special about it. since it has writing on it i would spend it. get 10 $1 bills instead.
