And tomorrow at this time, I'll be on my way to the belly of the journalistic toilet beast, when I pass the offices of today's New York Times, whose entire raison d'etre is now pandering to one ideological side. Sad. They have been seduced by the "Dark Side". They print what they think their readers WANT to read, rather than what they NEED to read.
Quite probably, since we already got a fair number of them BEFORE this "story" broke. Might want to take Dan Rather out, remember he got canned because he reported as fact an unconfirmed smear story.
Interesting how this pops up in my feed..... Yet the coin pictured is a 1909-S VDB. Do the people selecting the photos do any research before adding a photo?
I'm kinda disturbed you have "a feed". I don't have "a feed". I do feed. Twice or three times a day, usually. But "news" and "feed" don't live together in my world. I'm thinking of inventing "antisocial media".
Do you have a smartphone? If so, it's built in. Anything I lookup on Google, Jeffrey Bezos' "boys" collect that info and spam the feed with content they think relevant to my tastes. I scroll through it sometimes for craps and giggles.
Yes, I do own an iPhone that is running iOS 12.1.2, the latest. TRUST ME, there is no "feed" on it. I deleted it. That's not how I consume news. I rock it "old school". I wouldn't touch a Google or Facebook app on a bet. I do everything I can to NOT use Google for search, instead preferring Bing. It's my own private "jihad".
