    Hello people,

I've just joined your group. I go metal detecting in the UK. I want to start selling coins from the the Period of Medievil Britain to the Roman period. Mostly the coins will be detector found. I want to approach this professionally. I can get the coins, whether they meet your prices I'm not sure, hopefully I can offer a good service and good prices. Any comments about this will be welcome.

    Thanks

CelticGold - Welcome to the Forum !!

Now about those comments - I for one would love to hear of your finds and I'm sure many others would too. I strongly encourage you to tell us all about them. Pics would be greatly appreciated ;)

But I would ask that you please review the Forum Posting Rules. SPAM is not allowed in any form and such posts will be deleted.

You are of course permitted to offer your items in the Forum Auction - but you must first meet the Forum requirements for posting them there and follow the Auction rules as well. You are more than welcome to participate if that is done.

    Hello GDJMSP,

Thanks for your interest and advice. I haven't got that many finds as yet. I'm thinking of buying some lots from auction and selling them on. I live close to some good ancient coin and artifact auctions here in East Anglia, UK. Quite a mixed lot of stuff comes up regularly. English hammereds, Celtic staters, many Roman coins & brooches and other stuff. I've got other sources of items from detectorists too. Only my knowledge of values isn't that good. Maybe your auction might suit me, I haven't checked it out yet.

Do you guys collect this kind of stuff?
