    Please your opinion:
    The weight and Diameter is correct.
    I am leaning toward Machine doubled and Die Deterioration.

    Indeed, I think you are right. The doubled is clearly seeable.
    Belgium is "famous" for its low quality strike and numerous mint errors, especially for the 20th and 21st century coins.

    The doubling is very shelflike, so it is machine doubling/ddd
