I've had this quarter for some time now. I bought it with plans to put it in my Whitman Album but decided to put it in this holder instead. What grade would you give this coin? I bought it as an MS64 and I believe I gave $25 dollars for it. Post your grading opinions or any other opinions.

What's going on with Washington's jawline?

p.s. given the info provided, I'd guess 63 or 64, as I think the jawline hit is a biggie. Otherwise it looks like a 65+ coin.

I believe its a rub on his jaw. Could be wrong.

I was only joking. Still like 63 as a grade.

Nice example, It sure looks like an easy MS64 from the image. 40S is a little tougher and you bought it right in my opinion.

Man, wow, that is one attractive coin! :thumb: Very nice coin man! :thumb: Looks like an easy 64 IMHO, depending what that mark is on his chin. Don't think George had a goatee, so I don't know what it is. :D Still, those fields are pretty impressive. :thumb:

    Phoenix
