1946 S cent to much wrong

Found this 46 in my jar . Have no ideal what is going on here .the smashed ( what appears to be a 5 or s ) on the right . Then to the left is more marks . So please any help . Thanks

Paddyman98 help me out here .

 

All I see is a heavily worn 46 s. Possibly a lamination issue on the obverse. Waiting for other opinions on that.

Most of it is just wear and tear.
But it does have an error called - progressive Indirect Image Transfer. Do you see that ghostly image of Lincoln on the Reverse of the Cent?
