Looks like lips,nose and forehead is doubled,would'nt that be considered a dd or would you call it md

 

Its weird because the g in God looks extremely dd, I also noticed what looks like dd in the hair lines as well. I don't think it would be a lamination error. But I don't know for sure.

 

I tried to get a better pic of the hair line dd.
