Slabbed 1963 Franlkin DDO Date? FBL?

    slabfront.jpg slab back.jpg This is a 1963 Franklin 50c in an old holder bought at a Antique store clearance for $5 as i remember.
    Just decided to look at it for some reason.
    Upon putting it under the scope i noticed the date had a lot of offset features.

    Also, on the reverse, it appears to be FBL but not graded as such, I am uncertain how precise the graders are on this designation. There are a few small nicks on the lines so Might be enough to disqualify? Because it is slabbed, the photos are not as clear as i would like to show.

    i would thank anyone in advance who would offer opinion on either.

    The enlargements of the date appear machine doubling, not Die doubling.
