1964 D Half Kennedy DDR or MD?

Im going thru my old coins again. Theres doubling on Most Reverse Letters, also on the Right side Arrows, Left Side Leafs, Tail feathers and the eagles right wing. Theres Partial front and back picture, my camera doesnt fit it all in with it being in focus.

Any suggestions?

How about a image of the designers signature .
There two MDR for this year and mint mark .


One for the flared G .
And one for the straight G .

I don't see any doubling at all...just a lot of MDD (Machine Damage Doubling).
