You don't but if u must soak in olive oil and distilled water for cpl days he'll maybe longer than soak in acetone 100% not scented

There isn't much you can without stripping off the environmentally damaged layer and retoning it. And unless you have a lot of practice, I can almost guarantee that it will look worse (and even if you do have a lot of practice, most people will be able tell that it isn't original). Acetone won't touch any of the metal corrosion products which is what looks to be causing the discoloration. It only removes organic junk that has adhered to the surface.
Well, i dont plan on selling it, but i like all the red, and i thought if i had some extra time one of these days, i would try to make it pretty, or else i will throw it in a baggie with all of the rest of them, separated in little baggies by date of course. I hafta keep all my coins put up differently because i have 8 cats inside with me, who want to play with all my coins.
