    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

It has a very unusual color tone for a heavily worn Liberty nickel.

What do you mean by grade conservation? If you mean grade, by wear, I'd call it VG. But as Kurt suggests, it looks like somebody did something to it.

uhmm was in the drawer for at least 50 years I think it was my grandfather. Boo seems to me a normal color like aluminum

If your grandfather had that for over 50 years I'd be pleased to have it in my possession. I'd leave as is and put in a flip to protect it.

I do not understand what you mean, excuse my English, I live in Italy and my grandfather in the '20s worked in the US then returned to Italy and died in the' 70s. This was among its preserves of objects. Tomorrow I make new photos to see the color better

A 'flip' is a cardboard and plastic holder used to protect coins from fingerprints and damage - they are available in coin and hobby supply shops:

Use the 'Blue Book' by R.S. Yeoman for approximate values (dealer offers) - according to the 2017 edition, a 1908 Liberty Head nickel in VG-8 (some letters in LIBERTY legible) is worth about $1.00 US

NGC pricing is about $2.75 US, but that is retail value (to purchase)

This coin appears to be a coin that your grandfather took out of his pocket change while in the US, not a higher grade coin he would have purchased at a coin shop. You may want to put it in a flip for safe keeping and describe the coin, so your family will know it’s origin and the story behind it.
