    Yes, welcome to the neighborhood @Newcoincollector222 !

    In this case, a photo of the reverse might help us to determine if the anomaly on the obverse is just PMD because it might have left additional damage on the reverse when it was hammered (or squeezed) onto the coin.

    That is coin counter damage from being rolled. Not an error.
