I bought a mixed box of stuff at a auction recently and in the bottom of the box were 4 rolls of 1963d pennies in paper rollers but after looking at the rolls closer they appear to be wrapped in aluminum foil first . Never seen this before. Im not a very experienced coin person any info is much appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like a nice 1963-D Cent. Not worth grading. Odd that they would have foil, a metal, around them.

I have several rolls of 59 and 59D MS cents, some of which tempt me to send in for grading given the crazy prices of 67 graded stuff. I don't know whether any would make 67 but some of them sure do look tempting. I suspect your rolls could be of equal temptation. If you do, let us know.
