Just getting home from the Dupo Coin Club Show in Collinsville, IL. Sold a few items (more than I expected, but nothing overwhelming. I kind of got stuck in the far corner, had a lot of people just walk by and not even look at my table...but ended up buying a 17-coin group of Polish Silver Proof Coins - most of them low-mintage Proba (patterns.) Highest mintage of any of these is 30,000 coins; most are around 3,000.

    A) The Lynx is probably the ONLY coin I really want to keep

    and

    B) Meow needs to practice talking like a normal (not third) person to get off my ignore list.

    1) It's a nice coin

    and

    2) Your dreaming. That's not going to happen. (I could be wrong, but I really don't think so in this case.)

    A) Thank you, I like it too :)

    B) I never said anything about it being a realistic scenario haha

    C) Benjamin didn't care for The Jimmy episode of Seinfeld, either. He has the same reaction Jerry had to the incessant third person schtick.

I agree with B totally....as we have members under 12 y/o whom conduct themselves in a more mature mannor.
His third person behavior brings nothing to the table as far as being serious about the hobby.
That's enough no need to give any more attention to an inmature grownup!
Sweet bunch of coins Ben, those toners look very interesting.
    Nice score.

Look, nobody likes a good laugh more than I do. Except perhaps my wife. And some of her friends. And Captain Johnson.

Come to think of it, most people like a good laugh more than I do, but that's beside the point!

There is a time and place for everything, however one cannot bring ligitamacy to this forum when one acts like a fool. Sorry but his profile states his age is mid 40's.
I am Irish love to laugh, love to joke around....have no problem with a good time...but when you are being serious ,and talking with adults you should conduct yourself with decorum.
It isn't cute,it isn't professional, and it isn't the behavior that is expected in the "The real world"!

As a retired Special Ed teacher, I've worked and dealt with many "challenged" individuals and have run across this type of behavior before, so try to ignore it. I've dealt with Therians, or individuals that identify themselves as animals. I've also dealt with Furry's, so I can understand Meow's need to identify with a cat. Just ignore his use of identifying as a cat.

Being of Polish descent I do have affinity toward Polish things. Have a few coins and paper. At one of the ANA shows several years back I stopped by the Polish Mint tables on the Mint row. I have a little Polish left from the way back machine, most of it are the words one doesn't repeat in polite society. The mint master of the Polish Mint was there, his English was about as good as my Polish. Turns out we both spoke French. What a world. I love this hobby.
