    I don't think it's struck through.. Maybe a Plating Blister in a weird spot. Looks cool.

    A Struck Through Error is usual caused by a foreign object being caught between the new Planchet and the Die. The mark on your coin looks like it was a damage mark on the Die. Or it could be just a plating blister.

    Yeah I jump the gun on that one. It would have been on top of the letters like you said. I recently posted a strikethrough that I found and it was on top of the letters. Thank you much for the reply.
