Finned Rim Kennedy?

Is this a finned rim, PMD, or something else at the 12 o’clock position? Thanks for your input!

Looks like damage.

 

Agreed I don't see anything raised on the surface of the rim.
Damaged.

 

I might hazard a guess and say it caught the collar for a second during ejection.

 

Is it an error or just a damaged coin?

 

The wife found another coin that might be a finned rim? Need input please.

 

Looks like someone tried to use it as a screw driver.

 

I don't know tex, i see these every now and then myself. Looking at them both now I believe that if they did catch the collar during ejection they would need to have the mark going the opposite way toward the reverse since the collar falls down and it is face up when struck. Unless they are striking them face down now. Maybe @paddyman98 will know.

Off hand these don't look finned.
