    if you mean those shiny spots, they are most likely hits, your pic is a bit blurry..

    If it's hits then it's damaged. It may be Die chips but the pics are blurry.

    The poles are actually Columns..
    A column or pillar in architecture and structural engineering is a structural element that transmits, through compression, the weight of the structure above to other structural elements below. In other words, a column is a compression member.

    Hits are marks made by other coins or objects hitting the coin.
