The American Eagle 2019 One Ounce Silver Proof Coin is released the same day at the same price. The Congratulations set is just housed in a card that says congratulations. Unless you need something that says Congratulations, buying the Congratulations set is just extra packaging.
I usually get at least one. I've gotten multiples since they were available with the plan on giving to kids who I knew graduating high school; although I never did that. I sold all of them in the fall 2017 .. during the crazy collectors paying outrageous amounts for each year. So now I only have this years and none of the previous.
Just a proof. I’m sure the TV peddlers will get the Congratulations set graded and refer to the 2017 madness to get idiots to pay an exorbitant amount for the sticker on the slab.
