There are brilliant, reverse and matte finished proofs. You’ll have to narrow down what you are asking. Mainly the coin and date.

 

I can’t blow it up enough to really see the fields, but it looks like a normal cameo proof to me.

Looks like a proof.

 

It's a proof, it may have some toning which is dulling the fields, and photographing through the plastic of the 2X2 doesn't help.
