    It is a medal, not a coin. I can't tell you the name of the company that made it, but it was definitely not made by the US Mint. I have a complete set of the 1-5/8" bronze Presidential Medals that were struck by the US Mint, and they also produced the same medals in 3" bronze.

    You can find medals like the one you have for a few dollars.
