E Pluribus Unum on Bald Eage $1 Coin

    I was looking at my proof Bald Eagle $1 coin that arrived yesterday. While I was looking at it, I noticed that it didn't have E Pluribus Unum on it anyway. I thought it was a law that it had to be on all coins. In theory, even proof coins can circulate.
