A long time ago, payday candy bars used to include a nickle in their candy bar. I believe that is what you have here.

So, this is like the Cheerios cents and dollars. They worth slabbing? My 2 Cheerios cents sold for good money.
Some one auctioned off a Payday nickel here, but the picture also shows a piece of cardboard in the package. I suppose variations may have existed. All of the other photos I found appear to include cardboard. I also found this, and I am a little curious what "Chicken Dinner" candy tasted like... can someone else try it first?

There was other cellophane packages in there but they didn't have anything in them. Probably mixed in with the other.
I found 1953 proof set United State Mint. They were packaged individual then stapled and put in a sealed bag.
I don't know for certain that this one is one, but Littleton used to package coins they sold in cellophane flips like that all the time.
