Found this in a can that my late father in law had been saving, the newest coin in there was a few 1991's. Any ideas on grade, its getting submitted as soon as the last batch comes back from PCGS. (20 days now) ps the line from the bottom right of the memorial is a die crack, and there looks to be doubleing of some type under the bottoms of the E C E N T
