2013 one dollar bill with maybe error

    Good morning and Happy New Year @Workingwoman. Maybe it is another example of ink from a bank teller's stamp getting onto the top bill of a stack of 'ones' just counted and taped?

    Appears to be hand drawn as there is no impression and the ink bled into the surrounding paper. Odd and curious to say the least.
