I recently came across 2 Mercury Head dimes. The only way I know what they are is I looked them up online. I am wondering if they are worth anything and do not know where a coin collector is in my area. I have a 1943 and a 1945.. which neither one have a D or an S.. I have no clue if they are worth anything. They are in pretty good shape, the 1943 probably in a little bit better though. The 1945 looks more silver than the 1943. If anybody has any comments, please feel free to post :) Thanks

They are both probably around $1.50, but pictures would be great!

I work at a bank but unfortunately I don't find anything exciting. I found some steel pennies once and thought I had hit big but of course not. lol

steels are always good to keep- you can impress your friends with them. Try hosting the pics on imageshack.us, because we cant log on to the AOL pictures.

They are worth more than ten cents - at the very least, they are worth the silver that they contain. You can check out www.coinflation.com to see how much it's worth based on the closing price of silver in a given day.
