I was pretty sure of that. Thanks anyway, though. ...just realized that I didn't post the dimensions of this at all - 33mm, and appears to be struck in white metal. Damn, this thing desperately needs acetone. I'll post new pics when I get that done.
Id for the white metal issue is Baker #453B. Diameter is listed at 32mm. Rarity is R4 - 200 to 499 thought to exist. Value in my 1999 ref. is $25 in Unc, $35 in proof. This token was issued in 1881 using dies cut by George T. Morgan, then assistant engraver at the U.S. Mint. Morgan was born in Birmingham, England in 1845 and emigrated to America in 1876. It was also issued in copper, bronze, and silver, with 3 being very close in value while the silver one lists at $500 in proof.
