Shifted and restamped? Or illusion?

    I think the first thing the experts would say is that your photos are very pixelated and that you should provide full front and back photos of the coin.
    I think the second thing the experts would say is : What is your question/What do you think you are seeing?

    Yes on both counts. Need to see full pictures and have some indication of what you think you're seeing, there.

    By restamped you mean double struck.. That would be a no.

    Illusion? That is more plausible. If your Cent is dated after 1982 (please give the date of any coin you have a question about) then it is classic DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling. That would be common and worthless doubling :yack:
