Does anyone here know what the design will be for the 2009 quarter?

local newspapers in the caribbean and the south pacific should already be showing some designs in local papers by now.

Not necessarily in this order, but there will be 6 reverses for these 5 territories (and one district) I beleive:

    District of Columbia
    Puerto Rico
    US Virgin Islands
    Guam
    Northern Marianas Islands
    American Samoa

Barring a future act of Congress the 2010 quarter will revert to the 1998 design.

Is the obverse staying the same as the State Quarters? Thanks. David.

Hate to nitpick, but shouldn't that be "justice for all," not "justice to all"?

    Depends.

Are you talking about a democracy or a vigilante society. : )

Since the coins have a Latin motto (E Pluribus Unum) anyway, why not put Iustitia Omnibus on them? :)
