1970s small date Yes or no?

Looks like a large to me they say hi & lo 7. To me the 0 looks hi which means the 7 is lo. So its Lg

Thanks that helps. I love it when you folks give me a different way to look at coins. I realize now it's a large date. For some reason it looks different from other large date coins I have. That's why I check with you guys, and as always you have been so helpful!

Well, to me you are a pro! I'm retired, and found old coins when each parent died in their belongings. So, 3 months ago, I started this hobby, learning about pennies first. So much to learn!! Well the one and only time i put. Chemical on coin was nik a date to bring back a date on a buffalo nickel and and my mom would use a very small amount of dish soap in luck warm water an gently gently wash and pat dry with a non abrasive cloth and only if the coin was super crudy un read able even as a rule i was taught cleaning is a cardnal sin!!!! !! "OH No!!!!

 

Well, I have some coins I've soaked in distilled water. Some cleaned up fine. However, the ones I want to rinse(we won't say clean), are already a mess, so they are worthless anyway, I guess. I'm debating still.

 

OK im not trying to rain on your parade ! If ya already have your feet wet why not. Hey its all about having fun and enjoying your collection think we have all experimented at one time or another☺!
