help identify 2000 quarter new Hampshire

i found this 2000 new Hampshire quarter but i cant tell whats wrong with it ... so if anyone can please help identify whats wrong with the letters and starts ???

Oh Man, I have lots of this stuff. Back when I first started collecting, I would find some of this and be like Happy , Happy. But then...I found out what it was and reality set in.
Still have most of it.

 

It's my first week of collecting coins, still trying to figure out all the errors .
The good news I found the 2000 wide am

Be very patient.. It takes a very long time to understand Mint Errors and Varieties.. Talking about which, there is a difference.
