Red book does not show a 1985 s silver proof. Well it does not show “silver” to the side of it? Is it listed else where?

Very nice coin I think. My wife got it for me on my birthday. So I don’t no what it cost me!?

What do you guys think!? 41EAD99F-1DF6-425E-B8EB-2C1D3AA2051D.jpeg 3CB364ED-79D0-485D-90C0-87EEB5E2E1A4.jpeg

I see an S proof (that is a beautiful coin). But I don't show silver for 1985.

It’s so light in my fingers!! Do I have a fake? I have 10 regular Kennedy’s clad! This feels different, lighter maybe!??! Clad

It's clad. The edge shows that.

Proof coins like you have there. Should only be put on the softest surfaces you have. The card board or what ever you are using could compromise the surfaces of the coin.
    Agreed there is cladding showing.

It’s clad, and silver would be heavier, not lighter.

Work on getting some direct fit airtites for your nice proofs Mike. Then you can see the edges and they will be much better protected from scratches and finger oils. Nice coin
