Good Evening all, I came across a strange site whilst examining the 2007-p 10c pictured below. I hope someone can tell me what it is. If you look at the bottom of the torch it looks like slag. It is not a foreign substance nor is it due to peeling/ gouging. I am curious because I have never seen this. Thanks and have a nice evening.
