    If you rotate the coin in certain ways it looks like an amphora and a tripod. What size is it? I am thinking Islands off Ellis, Zakynthos (spelling varies, Zacynthos).

    This coin wont benefit from much cleaning. Leave it as it is, you risk damaging it irreparably.
